For orders delivered outside the UK, including the EU, customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import charges required by local authorities or couriers.<\/p>

MENA SHIPPING: Due to increased international shipping costs, our delivery rates have been adjusted for the time being. We will continue to review these and lower them where possible.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>

If a customer fails to provide requested customs information or payment, and the order is returned to us or delivery cannot be completed, we reserve the right to cancel the order.\u00a0In these circumstances, a refund will be issued for the value of the items only. Original shipping fees are non-refundable<\/strong> once an order has been dispatched.<\/p>

UK & INTERNATIONAL RETURNS & REFUND POLICY<\/h2>

At Ridge & Row we understand that sometimes a product is not quite right, and you may wish to have a refund or exchange.<\/p>

Items or orders you would like to return should be sent back to us within 60 days of your order being dispatched<\/strong>. Once received we will endeavour to process returns within 5 working days<\/strong>.<\/p>

If you'd like to return or exchange a product, please email\u00a0cs@theridgeandrow.com<\/u><\/strong><\/a> for an returns authorisation number and returns form.\u00a0<\/p>

All items must be returned new, unused, with all tags attached and in original packaging<\/strong> where applicable. Returns that do not meet our policy may not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.<\/p>

Customers are responsible for the cost of return postage for any unwanted items. Ridge & Row is unable to cover return shipping costs unless an item is faulty.<\/p>

We strongly recommend obtaining proof of postage when returning an order. Customers remain responsible for the parcel until it is received by us and should make any loss or damage claims directly with the courier used.<\/p>

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS: If you are returning items from outside the UK, please make sure you cover all shipping costs and taxes\/duties.
